Clean Ingredients
95% of our coffee and chocolate products are made with natural ingredients. Our goal is to achieve 100% by 2025, enhancing customer well-being by offering products free from artificial ingredients. The shift to clean ingredients began with our filled chocolates, which have been on the market longer.

Habitat Coffee Line
Our commitment to the Habitat line supports foundations protecting wildlife in Costa Rica through annual donations not tied to product sales. These donations fund research, protection, and rehabilitation of native animals and raise public awareness about these foundations.
Transition to a Circular Economy
We integrate regenerative solutions into our processes to address challenges faced by the coffee sector and the food industry.
Rigid Packaging:
As part of our transition to a circular economy, we have replaced cardboard cups with compostable cups made from 100% plant-based materials. These cups decompose in approximately 45 days under specialized conditions.
Circularity in Factories:
In our coffee and chocolate factories, we reuse packaging materials like jute sacks and boxes. In 2023, we acquired 4,445 reusable plastic boxes, reducing the need for 1,111,250 cardboard boxes and preventing 938.62 tons of CO2 emissions. These 100% recyclable plastic boxes are designed for 250 uses and are managed for recycling at the end of their life cycle.
