Our Certifications

Good Environmental Practices in Energy, Water, and Waste

We integrate good practices in energy, water, and waste management to develop increasingly sustainable products and services. Some of these practices include:

Energy Efficiency:

We implement energy-saving measures and awareness programs among employees, perform preventive maintenance on machines, and use efficient LED lighting. This approach reduces both energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, while we continuously improve our electrical network.

Renewable Energy:

By installing over 1,600 solar panels, we power up to 65% of our operations, which reduces around 46 tons of CO2 annually.

Responsible Water Use, Treatment, and Disposal:

We use safe water in all our operations and beverage preparation, optimizing usage with specialized devices. We manage 100% of our wastewater with our own systems and authorized managers, meeting potable water standards and providing reports validated by the Ministry of Health.

Responsible Sourcing

We continuously innovate by incorporating more sustainable design and sourcing criteria to ensure the quality of our products and experiences. We meet three essential requirements:

●  Fair Treatment: We verify the origin of our coffee through supplier visits, focusing on bean quality and community progress.

● Supplies and Packaging: We assess supplies and packaging based on legal, social, and environmental criteria.

Quality Suppliers: We collaborate with suppliers who meet ethical and quality standards, conducting 10 evaluations in 2023 and providing legal support when necessary.
