and growth of our employees within an environment of equity, respect, and leadership. Café Britt has supported the well-being of over 600 employees with policies on equity, inclusion, and respect, all backed by a code of ethics.

New Alliance with SIFAIS
Since 2010, we have collaborated with collectives in La Carpio. In 2023, we formed an alliance with SIFAIS to achieve three goals: implement an employability program, foster youth talent, and improve the "Cueva de Luz" infrastructure to ensure the safety and learning of children.
Training and New Opportunities
In 2023, we launched the Café Britt – SIFAIS Training Center Program, where 15 young people from La Carpio received training in customer service, barista skills, food handling, good manufacturing practices, and warehousing. Of these, 5 were hired by Café Britt.
Driving Economic Growth
