During a recent vacation to Costa Rica I attended the tour provided by Cafe Britt of its facilities near San Jose. The tour was interesting and entertaining. We carted home many products, and have ordered online as well. The White Chocolate Covered Beans are our favorite. They are not at all bitter like many other brands we have tried. The best thing about these chocolate covered beans is that the tartness and crunchiness of the beans play off the sweetness and smoothness of the chocolate, so neither flavor or texture overpowers the other. Great gift if you can bear not to keep them for yourself!
