This coffee tastes just like good coffee smells when you grind it. I drink my coffee black, no sugar, no cream, so it has to taste good. I've tried close to 100 different gormet coffees all over the world, and this one is my favorite. It's worth the trip to Costa Rica to pick it up.

I first had this coffee about 12 years ago while visiting Costa Rica. When I sat down at the restaurant I could smell the coffee as it was brought from the back. It was the best I had ever had. I brought quite a few bags back with me. Since, I've ordered a lot of coffee from Cafe Britt and I've tried many of the selections but, the old red bag is still by far the best. The only thing better is to get the whole beans and grind them just before brewing. I've served this to people who don't like coffee and I always get the same response, "this is so good, I don't have to put anything in it"

We loved Costa Rica and the Rain Forrest, ordered Cafe Britt coffee to be shipped home to us, and we have been ordering it since. There is no other coffee that tastes like Cafe Britt. WE LOVE IT. In 22 years of naval service, I traveled all over, tasting coffee in Mexico, Hawaii, Kenya, Japan, and many other places. It wasnt until I took a vacation after retiring and went to Costa Rica that I truely discovered coffee. Nothing else comes close to the flavor and smoothness of Brit. If you use cream, add to the flavor of the coffee by heating the cream before adding it.
