The expresso is just outstanding. I have ordered other coffees from Cafe Britt and they are excellent but this one just tops the list!! I have tried many other coffees from different gourmet labels but this is just the best, good until you drink the last cup which might be two hours after making. Thank you Cafe Britt for this great coffee.

Of all the Cafe Britt coffees (I think I have tried all of them to date), the Espresso roast is my absolute favorite. It has a bold rich and not burnt flavor. While I still love and enjoy all of the other brands the Espresso is my "go to" coffee when I am craving a great cup!

Every year we have to order coffee beans from Cafe Britt for our grown up children. We visited Costa Rica and brought home beans a couple of years ago, and now the kids won't let us stop. One daughter loves the espresso roast the best! We like them, too, of course, so we get plenty of bags for everyone.

Picked up a bag of this coffee (beans) on my trip to the Britt Plantation and finally decided to taste it. I have been drinking Espresso since early childhood (an Italian thing!) so I can say I have alot of experience with Espresso. I don't know what Britt has done here, but this is "hands down" the absolute best espresso I have ever tasted. The bitterness is very controlled (all espresso can get bitter because of the longer roasting process), it is not too oily, and yet still keeps a full bodied coffee flavor. Bravo Britt!
