5.0 hooked on the espresso

We have been Cafe Britt fans for many years, ordering mostly Montecielo. We visited Italy this year, and got completely hooked on the espresso. So when we returned home, we ordered up an espresso machine, and some Cafe Britt espresso. What a delight! It rivals the Italian cafe brewed by the pros! My daughter who had been a barista back in her college days was totally blown away by the smoothness and richness of our espressos and lattes. Thank you!

4.0 Espresso

This is my next to favorite coffee. When I use it for regular coffee, it is perfect. For cappuccino or espresso, it could be a little stronger.

5.0 Smooth, Rich & Delightful

This Costa Rica espresso roast is surprisingly smooth and rich in flavor. We brew this in our regular drip coffee maker, and it is fast becoming one of my favorite coffees. I expected it to be bitter or overpowering, but it has a delightful taste that warms your soul. Chocolate undertones make this a perfect after dinner coffee -- alone or paired with dessert.

Quite simply the best espresso coffee I have ever tasted - and I have tried pretty much all of the readily available brands here in the UK. Deep, rich and smooth. Aromatic and satisfying. Fantastic, and I can't get enough of it!

Many people mistakenly believe that espresso is a particular variety of coffee. Espresso results from the process of roasting and brewing.

The best espresso comes from high-quality, well-roasted beans, finely ground and pressure-brewed in an espresso machine.  Properly brewed, the “small shot” is crowned with a layer of rich, dark-golden cream or crema.
