4.0 Great Coffee, Lousy service

Wife brought back some Britt after a business trip to Costa Rica It was great. So we ordered some and we like so much we're going to switch from another brand, which we've been getting for years. Only problem was the free other flavor that was included wasn't decaf even though I had included a note that it had to be as neither of us can drink regular. When I called Britt Customer service their attitude was "too bad, so sad"

5.0 Awesome Coffee and Service

Since we visited the Britt coffee plant in Costa Rica, we fell in love with their coffee! It is wonderful to wake up to the smell of this terrific coffee. And it is so easy to order! I received my order less than three days!!! I will continue to purchase my coffee from Cafe Britt! Thank you!

Our daughter gifted us this coffee when she visited Costa Rica. Now we can't drink anything else, it doesn't compare! We are grateful for the great opportunity for shipping to the USA and the fast service! We like the Organic Shade Grown, light roast, Tarrazu, Poas Volcanic Earth, many of them! Please keep them going. Thank you.

Every Father day my Son sends me a gift package of assorted coffee from Britt. I am retired and living on Social Security and don't have the money to spare to buy these great gourmet coffees. So..every Fathers Day I wait for my "gift package" from my Son. I usually buy cheap store brand, so you can see how much I look foreward to getting your delicious coffee.
